RKP Cane Rods LLC

Located  Northest of Grayling, MI in Lovells Township on the North Branch of the AuSable River.  In addition to making fly rods I also work part time in the fly shop at Fuller North Branch Outing Club.  I am not saying living and working by a world class fishery makes you a better Rod maker.  But I don't think it hurts either.

Goal and Mission Statement  
   

I retired from DoD in 2005.  At that time everything we did had to have goals and a mission statement.  Here is mine.

The goal of this shop is to make a rod you can use the rest of your life and pass on to your son/daughter with the expectation they will be able to pass it along someday as well.  Quality rods that will last a long time.
